An Egyptian actor, born on January 29, 1953, he graduated from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, Department of Acting and Directing, in 1976. He married the artist Rawya Saeed. He was director of the comedy theater from 2001-2007. Among his most famous works are the film Birds of Darkness in 1995, the series The Gardens of Satan in 2006, the series His Excellency in 2014, the Fatwa series in 2020, and the series The Choice 2: Men of the Shadow in 2021.
