Mohamed Safaa Amer
Also known as: محمد صفاء عامر
An Egyptian writer, he graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1963. He worked in the judiciary until he became an advisor at the Alexandria Court, then resigned and devoted himself to writing.
Upper Egypt was a source of topics and issues discussed in his television and cinematic works, including the movie (My Upper Egypt is Coming). Amer became famous for writing television series that dealt with the issue of revenge and tribal customs in Upper Egypt, including (Fleeing from Love), (The Joys of Iblis), (The Mountain Wolves), (The Stray Light), and (The Devil’s Gardens).
