An Egyptian singer, composer and actor, whose real name is (Amin Sayed Ahmed Mohamed). He was born in Cairo in 1916. He was working in his prime as an electrical engineer in Studio Misr. By chance, one of the directors in the studio heard him singing for his colleagues, so he used him in the advertisement he was filming. The late artist Mohamed Abdel Wahab also adopted him artistically after he became aware of his talent, and he started in cinema through the movie (The Wives Factory). With a number of films, including: (Forbidden Love, Greetings from Women, The Gentle Sex, Bedouin Love, Women Like This, and My Ten), and after suffering from chest allergies and asthma, he decided to retire from art in the middle of the 1950s, and since that time he has devoted himself to the affairs of his small farm and the horse stable that he owned. He died in 2009 at the age of 93.
