Overview

Induced Labor is an Egyptian comedy film starring Majed El Kadwany, centering on a married couple whose desperate attempts to obtain a US visa are met with rejection by the American embassy. Undeterred, the husband hatches an outlandish plan: convince his heavily pregnant wife to take medication to induce labor inside the embassy building, so their child would be born on American soil and automatically gain US citizenship.
