Le Silence de la Nuit is a Moroccan horror film following a family who purchase a large house at an unusually attractive price, only to discover it is already occupied — by a family of ghosts. Desperate to reclaim their home, the new owner enlists a ghost-hunting Faqih to drive out the supernatural inhabitants. But the attempt backfires: the spirits, angered by the intrusion, begin haunting and terrorizing the living occupants with renewed ferocity. As the supernatural showdown escalates, both families are forced toward an unexpected and darkly comic resolution. A rare entry in Moroccan genre cinema that blends supernatural dread with a wry cultural sensibility.
