Overview

Jib Darak is a Moroccan romantic comedy following Mohsen, a dentist who falls head over heels for a young woman from a wealthy family. Orphaned and without relatives to present as his own, Mohsen invents an entire fictional family to propose on his behalf. He is then forced to sustain the elaborate lie through a month-long courtship period spent living under the same roof as the girl's family, navigating a relentless string of comic collisions and near-discoveries as his deception grows ever harder to maintain.
