Overview

Breeze of the Soul is an Egyptian romantic drama that examines the profound weight of selfless sacrifice in love. A tender romance blossoms between a simple young man and a deeply feeling young woman whose inner world combines childlike innocence with quiet intelligence. Their love is disrupted by a third man whose desperate obsession with the girl drives him to the brink of suicide. Faced with the weight of a human life, the two lovers make the heartbreaking decision to abandon their own happiness to save him — a choice that leads the girl to marry a man she does not love, transferring the noose from one neck to another. A melancholic portrait of devotion and its devastating cost.
