Life's Speed Bump is an Egyptian social comedy film following Mimi, a young man from Ismailia who travels to Cairo in search of work and a better future. A chance encounter changes everything when he saves Zina, the young daughter of a wealthy businessman, from drowning. The rescue draws him into the businessman's circle, and he finds himself growing close to the family — including the secretary Mai. When the businessman falls into a deep coma, Mimi unexpectedly becomes Zina's guardian, thrust into a world of responsibility he never anticipated. A warm and humorous Egyptian comedy that balances fish-out-of-water laughs with genuine human connection.
