Bibo and Beshir is an Egyptian romantic comedy about two independent-minded people whose lives collide in the most unexpected of ways. Beshir has spent much of his life in Africa and returns to Egypt looking for a fresh start, while the energetic and driven Bibo is equally eager for a life on her own terms. After being brought together by mutual friends, the two develop a genuine connection — only to discover they have both unknowingly signed rental agreements for the same apartment under suspicious circumstances. The accidental cohabitation sets the stage for a charming comedy of errors as two people who fall for each other must also negotiate sharing a space neither of them planned on sharing. It is a fun, warmhearted film about love, independence, and the leases life writes without asking.
