Overview

Clash is a bold and award-winning Egyptian drama film directed by Mohamed Diab, set against the turbulent backdrop of the summer 2013 political upheaval following the ousting of President Mohamed Morsi. Protesters from sharply opposing political camps find themselves locked together inside a single police van, forced into an uncomfortably intimate space where their ideological differences collide with raw human need.
