Al-Salhiya is a Syrian social drama built around a profound act of devotion. An elderly man whose wife passed away years ago cannot bring himself to move on — instead, he arranges to have his work office located directly beside the Qibla Cemetery in Salhiya, the place where his wife is buried, so he can remain close to her every day.
