Overview

Missing Painting is a Syrian police drama series centered on the mysterious murder of a celebrated visual artist found dead on his farm under baffling circumstances. As investigators begin unraveling the threads of his private life, suspicion turns toward his wife, who harbored deep jealousy over the young woman her husband had begun to paint — a relationship that had evolved well beyond the canvas and into the terrain of personal obsession. With a cast of complex characters and a story woven from art, desire, and concealed resentments, the series pieces together the portrait of a crime hidden beneath layers of creative and emotional entanglement.
