Dr. Sunhat is a Kuwaiti stage comedy following the return of Sanhaat (Ahmed Jawhar), the eldest son of a Bedouin family, after years abroad earning his doctorate. His family — father Umbriek, mother Intisar Al-Sharah, and brothers Abdul Rahman Al-Aql and Muhammad Al-Ajimi — eagerly await him, but are surprised when he arrives with a foreign wife (Abeer Al-Jundi) who struggles to adapt to their customs and traditions. As the family turns to the wise uncle Abu Muslafah (Ghanem Al-Saleh) for counsel, the new doctor faces unexpected obstacles blocking his career. A warm comedy about cultural clashes and the weight of family expectations.
