An Egyptian actress, born in Alexandria in 1939. She studied at the English Girls College in Alexandria and then joined the American University. She was discovered by Al-Kawakeb magazine in 1956 after she won the title of Miss Alexandria. She participated in the movie (Demons of the Air) in the same year. She then participated in a number of works, most notably (Love Street, Women in My Life), before marriage took her away from artistic life. Then she began to appear in some television programs after her separation from her husband.
