Fathy Ghanem

An Egyptian journalist and novelist, whose full name is (Mohamed Fathi Ghanem). He was born in Cairo in 1924. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University, which was then called King Fouad University, in 1944. After graduation, he worked in the field of journalism and was editor-in-chief of several journalistic publications, namely (Sabah Al-Khair, Al-Gomhouria newspaper, Rose Al-Youssef). He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Middle East News Agency. He has a large number of literary works that include A number of them were for cinematic and television works, including: (The Mountain, The Man Who Lost His Shadow, Those Days, Zainab and the Throne, A Girl from Shubra). He died in 1999.
