The Crow's Siesta is a Moroccan drama with a dash of magical realism, set against the vast solitude of the desert. After losing their restaurant in the capital, Fatma and her husband Ibrahim are forced to start over by running a new establishment in the Saharan wilderness. Their lives take an unexpected turn when they encounter Mokhtar, a mysterious local wizard who claims the ability to unearth treasures buried beneath the sands for centuries. What begins as a struggle for survival becomes a layered tale of greed, hope, and deception — played out under the immense, indifferent skies of the desert.
