Overview

Raid (رافل) is a Tunisian drama series inspired by true events, tracing the turbulent life of Raad, born on the remote Galite Islands and orphaned after his parents are killed by the Italian mafia. Raised in an orphanage, Raad reaches adulthood and finds hope in Andrea, who carries his child and dreams of a wedding in Tunisia. But fate intervenes: Raad is arrested by Tunisian police and forcibly conscripted into the army, where he is forced to relive the painful episodes of the 1980 Gafsa events.
