Skies Above Hebron is a Palestinian coming-of-age documentary that follows three young boys from the city of Hebron over a five-year period. The film observes their transition from childhood to adolescence in an environment of constant restriction, where Israeli settlers and soldiers impose daily limitations on their movement and freedom. Rather than focusing solely on political conflict, the film asks a quietly devastating question: how do children dream, grow, and find themselves when the space for a normal childhood is continuously shrinking? A compassionate and unflinching portrait of resilience under occupation, told through the eyes of those who know no other reality.
