Overview
Shamlan in Lebanon is a Kuwaiti comedy production written by Abdul Rahim Al-Siddiqi and Tayseer Abdullah, featuring an ensemble cast that includes Abdul Aziz Jassim, Hassan Al-Balam, Khaled Al-Ajeerb, Reem Abdul Rahman, Ahmed Al-Aoun, and Ahmed Afif. The series follows the Kuwaiti character Shamlan on a journey to Lebanon, where cultural clashes and comic misadventures unfold against the backdrop of a country as vibrant as it is unpredictable. A light-hearted Gulf comedy that plays with identity and displacement through the fish-out-of-water formula.
