Overview

Memory's Sidewalk is a poetic musical drama following a once-celebrated musician who has retreated into obscurity in an all-but-forgotten village, his body of work a relic of another era. When a series of unforeseen events disrupts his solitude, he finds his way back to his instrument—reconstructing audio pieces from different periods of history as though charting his estrangement from the world around him. A meditative film about creativity, memory, and the quiet ruptures that separate an artist from their time.
