Port of Memory is a lyrical Palestinian film set in the remnants of Jaffa, weaving together quiet portraits of lives lived under occupation. A man contemplates losing his home. Two women remain anchored to theirs: one finds purpose in caring for her elderly mother until an Israeli film crew commandeers her house; the other stitches wedding decorations while dreaming of love. An old sea captain sits motionless in a nearby café, while another man paces restlessly. Together, these characters form a mosaic of Palestinian endurance — holding on to hope through small, stubborn rituals in a city where memory itself is under siege.
