Overview
Banknote is an Arabic thriller drama following a woman who navigates the upper echelons of society as a seductress and manipulator, using charm to ensnare wealthy pleasure-seekers. When circumstance and feeling lead her toward a quieter life — as a devoted wife and mother — it seems like genuine transformation. But when her husband turns up dead and she stands accused of his murder, the real game begins. Behind the accusation lies a calculated conspiracy: a cunning con man and a scheming woman working together to destroy her. Banknote is a taut drama of shifting identities, hidden agendas, and the price of a past that refuses to disappear.
