Overview
SuperGirls is an Egyptian fantasy comedy series that reimagines the legendary Superman in an unexpectedly Egyptian setting. On his way to fulfill a secret mission, Superman takes an unplanned detour to Haram Street in Cairo, where he becomes romantically involved with an Egyptian woman. After his sudden departure, the woman discovers she is pregnant and eventually gives birth to three daughters who inherit their father's extraordinary powers. The series follows these three super-powered sisters as they navigate the quirks of everyday Egyptian life while coming to terms with abilities that set them dramatically apart from those around them — a lighthearted, inventive blend of superhero fantasy and local comedy.
