Overview

30 Days is an Egyptian psychological thriller in which young psychiatrist Tarek Helmy becomes the unwilling subject of a sinister experiment. On his daughter Farida's first birthday, a patient named Tawfiq Al-Masry arrives at his clinic with a disturbing proposition: he has selected a person he calls «The Chosen» and will subject them to thirty consecutive days of catastrophic crises — tracking every behavioral shift under extreme psychological pressure. The twist: Tarek himself is the chosen one. The film follows him as he's plunged into a relentless cascade of personal disasters that threaten his marriage, his sanity, and everything he holds dear.
