Ali, the Goat and Ibrahim is an Egyptian road movie that blends the comic and the poignant. Ali, a twenty-year-old convinced that his late girlfriend's soul has transmigrated into a goat he treasures, faces constant ridicule from his community. His mother forces him to see a spiritual healer, where he crosses paths with Ibrahim, a young man paralyzed by severe depression and haunted by inexplicable voices. Together — Ali, Ibrahim, and the goat — they set off on an unlikely journey across Egypt, each hoping the other might hold the key to finding a reason to keep going.
علي معزة وإبراهيم، هو فيلم فانتازيا-مصري، من إخراج شريف البندراي، وتأليف أحمد ماهر وإبراهيم بطوط. الفيلم من بطولة أحمد مجدي وعلي صبحي وناهد السباعي وسلوى محمد علي. عرض الفيلم لأول مرة بتاريخ 12 ديسمبر 2016 في مهرجان دبي السينمائي الدولي بدورتة الثالثة عشر. وحاز من خلاله الممثل علي صبحي على جائزة أفضل ممثل. وهو أول فيلم روائي طويل للمخرج شريف النبدراي.
