Overview

Red Sulfur is an Egyptian thriller series starring Ahmed Al Saadani as Moataz Suleiman, a police detective investigating a baffling phenomenon: houses bursting into flames with no apparent cause. When the alarmed community summons a self-proclaimed sorcerer named Shams to exorcise the supposed jinn, Moataz suspects fraud rather than the supernatural. But when he pushes back, strange fires begin consuming his own life — and suddenly the rational detective is trapped between disbelief and dread. A skillfully crafted series that keeps viewers guessing whether the threat is occult or all too human.
