الحاسة السابعة هو فيلم مصري كوميدي من إنتاج عام 2005 ومن إخراج أحمد مكي وبطولة أحمد الفيشاوي ورانيا الكردي. وهو أول فيلم يخرجه أحمد مكي. وقصته مأخوذة من الفيلم الأمريكي ما تريده النساء المُنتج عام 2000.
