Al-Baydar is a Kuwaiti historical drama set in 1939, telling the story of Daoud, a Kuwaiti Jewish man, and his wife Sarah Sassoon, who collaborate with British colonial authorities to spy on members of their own Kuwaiti community and relay intelligence to their handlers.
