Overview

The Godfather (Al-Ab Al-Rouhi) is an Egyptian crime drama series starring the celebrated Mahmoud Hemida as Zain Al-Attar, a powerful patriarch who dominates his large extended family with an iron will. While most of his many children live under his roof, two have been cast to the margins of society — one raised in an orphanage, the other consumed by uncontrollable aggression.
