Overview

Now and Forever is an Algerian social drama series that follows two orphaned friends who grew up together in a poor and marginalized neighborhood, forging a bond shaped by a difficult childhood and constant hardship. At a decisive moment in their lives, they make a pact: each will transform his circumstances and rise to the top of the social ladder within fifteen years. The two friends go their separate ways — one pursuing his ambitions through legal means, the other resorting to the criminal path. As both men work toward the same goal through radically different methods, their lives become entangled in webs of manipulation, violence, and dangerous schemes. The series is a gripping exploration of ambition, morality, and the diverging roads that open up when two people who started from the same place make very different choices.
