Overview
Ikhtifa' Saeed Mahran is an Arabic psychological drama following Professor Hammam Sayed Abu Al-Fadl, who vanishes from a village on Egypt's North Coast, leaving his wife and two young children to grieve him as dead. In secret, he builds an entirely new life in Cairo's Al-Ghuriya neighborhood under the alias Saeed Mahran, marrying a merchant's daughter and starting fresh. The series explores the tension between his parallel identities, raising the question of whether a man can truly erase his past — and what happens when his two worlds inevitably collide.
