Overview

Ihna Beto' El-Is'af is an Egyptian action comedy starring Bassiouni and Shawky, two paramedics who are also roommates and prospective in-laws — Bassiouni is engaged to Shawky's daughter Munira. Their ordinary routine is shattered when a routine ambulance call takes them to a foreign embassy, where a terrorist organization suddenly stages an attack and demands the release of political detainees. Trapped inside with no escape, the two paramedics must rely on their wits to survive a crisis far beyond their job description. The film blends slapstick humor with high-stakes tension, turning an unlikely pair of first responders into accidental heroes.
