Egyptian director, born in 1934. After finishing high school, he went to cinema, where he worked as an assistant director for a number of directors since 1953, including Ibrahim Amara, Hassan Al-Imam, and Youssef Chahine. He also worked as an assistant director in a number of foreign and syndicated films. He directed some films in Lebanon, including (Maryam the Wrong) 1968. His works as a director include “Love in Difficult Circumstances” and “You Only Live Once.”
