Sherine

An Egyptian actress and author, born in 1935. She began her artistic career at the end of the fifties with a small role in Youssef Chahine’s film (Gate of the Iron) in 1958. Her roles continued, as she also appeared with Magda in the film (Gamila) in 1960. Among her most prominent works was also the film (Don’t Extinguish the Sun) in 1961. In 1964, she participated in the role of Elham in the film whose story she wrote (The Age of Days), after which she moved away from the artistic scene.
