Rushdy ElMahdy

He was born in the Sharkia Governorate (Mashtoul Al-Souq). He did not complete his studies in engineering in Ain Shams. He joined the Ismail Yassin troupe in 1953, then the Ramses troupe in 1957, and the Pocket Theater and the National Theater. He worked in the plays “Rabaa Al-Adawiya,” “Bab Al-Futouh,” “Tomorrow Next Summer,” “The Great Show,” “The Confession Chair,” and “Khafayat.” Cairo,” “An Evening with the Government,” “Yasin and Bahia,” “The Cherry Orchard,” “Blood in Upper Egypt,” “The Gate of a Political Leader,” “The Ancestors Are Distinguished by Anger.” And in the series “Zeinab and the Throne,” “Raafat Al-Hagan,” “Nasf Rabi’ al-Akhir,” and the radio series “The Adventures of Love, Love.”
