In 1971, she made her debut in two productions. The first was in the Kuwaiti play The Rooster is Lost, when she participated in performances in Bahrain as a replacement for the artist Haifa Adel, while she participated in the first dramatic work, which was the series “Faces or But” with representatives of the Eastern Province in Al-Ahsa, including Hassan Al-Abdi, Omar Al-Obaidi, and Abdul Rahman Al-Hamad. However, her actual beginning was after the participations that built up a huge artistic history for her. She was famous for the role of a caring mother, but she was not limited to that, as she performed many different roles, such as comedic and tragic. She is married to Hamoud Muhammad and they have five children: Wafa, Maha, Muhammad, Hamad, and Fawaz.
