
A Sudanese artist who began his artistic activity in Egypt in the 1950s. He played secondary, supporting roles, always the African, the genie who comes out of the bottle, and the slave. Among his most prominent roles is the role of Burkan, the executioner of Sultan Bashamel (Hassan Fayek) in the movie “Mind and Money” in 1965. He worked on Egyptian Radio in the Sudan Corner, directed from Cairo. Among the most important films he participated in were “I Farewell to Your Love” 1956, “Ismail Yas Tarzan” 1958, “Blood on the Nile” 1961, and “Port Girl” 1964.
