An Egyptian actor, born in Cairo in 1950. At the beginning of his university studies, he joined the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University and studied there for two years, before leaving to join the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, from which he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in theatrical arts in 1975. Then he joined the Al-Tala’i Theater, where he made his artistic debut, before moving to work on television in the early 1980s, where he participated in many series during that period, including (Welcome to the Residents, Witness and Tears), and then worked In cinema, his first film was (The Innocence and the Gallows) in 1986, and he participated in the same year in the film (The Return of a Citizen), after which his works continued between cinema and television, where he participated in dozens of works, the most prominent of which are (Nights of Dreaming, A Woman Who Shook the Throne of Egypt, Morgan Ahmed Morgan). He passed away on April 20, 2015.
