Overview
Mona is a young wife. Her husband beats her and kicks her out of the house. Mona and her son, Sameh, take refuge in the house of one of her friends. Jalal, the friend's husband, tries to seduce Mona and then proposes to her when she repulses him. Sameh lives in poor conditions in his stepfather's house until he becomes a young man, falls in love with his neighbor, meets a bad-behaved young man named Sayed, and becomes addicted to heroin with him.
