Overview
Flimflam is an Egyptian romantic comedy film that follows Nour, a tour guide who engineers a crafty plan to travel to Sharm El-Sheikh by exploiting a company's complimentary honeymoon offer — all to pursue his romantic interest in an Italian woman named Perla. His scheme is immediately derailed when he arrives to find the same villa occupied by Layla, a local woman who also claims the offer is rightfully hers. As if the situation weren't complicated enough, Nour's own family sides with Layla and does everything in their power to steer him away from Perla. A breezy, sun-soaked comedy of romantic misadventures and family interference set against the scenic backdrop of Sharm El-Sheikh.
