Too Much Love Too Much Violence is an Arabic social comedy series following Haroun, a young man released from prison after three years only to find that the municipality has demolished his home during his absence. Seeking refuge with his mother and two married sisters, he is turned away by all of them. A chance encounter with Lucy, an actress struggling with an abusive husband and a custody battle over her daughter, pulls Haroun into her orbit as he steps up to help her. He falls in love with Lucy, though she does not reciprocate — not even after he manages to build a new life for himself. A bittersweet dramedy about resilience, unrequited love, and the precariousness of life on the margins.
