Cairo Time, is a 2015 Saudi movie, directed by Amir Ramses, and starring Nour El-Sherif, Mervat Amin, Samir Sabri. with a runtime of 110 minutes.
Cairo Time is an Egyptian drama film weaving together three parallel human stories unfolding across a single day in the heart of Cairo. In the first, retired actress Lila (Mervat Amin) visits her former co-star Sameh Kamal (Samir Sabri) at his home. In the second, Salma (Aiten Amer) and Wael (Karim Kassem) find themselves alone together for the first time in a friend's apartment. In the third, elderly Yahya (Nour El-Sherif), a man living with Alzheimer's, is driven through Cairo by Hazem (Sherif Ramzy), a young drug dealer on the run, as Yahya searches for the woman in a photograph he carries in his pocket. Six characters at pivotal turning points, their stories converging in a portrait of Cairo charged with longing, chance, and the weight of lives not fully lived.
