
Sayed Hejab

An Egyptian poet, born on September 23, 1940 in the city of Matareya, Dakahlia. He completed liberal studies in theater. He is considered one of the most important Arab poets. He worked as a researcher in the union administration of the theater organization, and as head of the artistic and literary section of Al-Shabab magazine. He has many artistic participations in seminars, poetry evenings, television and cinema works. He is also famous for writing many poems for Sherihan and others. He wrote poems for many works, such as the TV series (Al-Mal wal-Banoun, part 1, Al-Layl and Akhirah, Layali Al-Helmeya, part 1), the movie (Kit Kat), the play (Al-Wad Sayed Al-Shaghal), and many others.
