Mounir Rady

Egyptian director, born in 1943. He holds a diploma from the Higher Institute of Cinema, Department of Directing, in 1986. He worked as an assistant director for his cousin, director Mohamed Rady, in three films: (Sons of Silence, Chained Behind, and The Barrier). He worked in theatrical production and produced several plays, such as: (King Lear, The Merchant of Venice, and Hamlet). He also produced two series: (Scrooges and A Doll’s House). His first cinematic work was the film (Days of Rage) in 1989.
