Hassan Tootala

An Egyptian actor who began his artistic career at the end of the sixties. His large physique imposed on him certain roles, most of which were evil roles as a gang member used to terrorize competitors. He played secondary roles in cinema, theater and television, and his television works include “Profession Troubles” 1970, “The Lottery King” 1973, and “Layali Al-Helmeya” 1989. Among the plays he participated in were “Professor Mazika” in 1978, “The Nest of the Madmen” in 1980, and “Abdo Challenges Rimbaud” in 1990. Among his films are “How to Get Rid of Your Wife” 1969, “Desire and Loss” 1972, “The Good Children” 1976, “Blood on the Pink Dress” 1981, “A Bird with Fangs” 1987, and “Flames of Revenge” 1993. He can be seen in the role of a wealthy Arab groom in the movie “The Stab” in 1987.
