Egyptian novelist, born September 30, 1913. He received the Medal of Sciences and Arts, First Class. Among his most famous literary works is the novel (Barefoot on Thorns), which was turned into a movie called (Afraid of Something), as well as the novel (The Tight Dress), which was published by Dar Al-Maaref, and the novels (Tears for a Memory) and (This or I Die), as well as the story of the movie (Al-Wil), which starred the artist Nour Al-Sherif. He died on November 30, 1986.
