Abdo Yousef

An Egyptian actor who began his artistic activity in the early thirties as a member of Ali Al-Kassar’s troupe. He worked with him in the cinema and with Togo Mizrahi in the films Al-Ezz Bahdla 1937 and Othman and Ali 1938. He always played the role of the guard or the gatekeeper. In the film Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves in 1942, he played the role of a member of Hafez Shaalan’s gang He can be seen in the role of the official at the end of the film “My Daughter” in 1944.
