Un Film Inversé is a short comedy set during the 2006 Carthage Film Festival. Bassem, an enthusiastic cinephile, arrives excited for a screening of the acclaimed film Bamako — only to discover that the reels have been loaded in the wrong order, causing the film to begin in the middle. What follows is a dry, quietly absurdist observation of a situation that bothers Bassem far more than it seems to bother anyone else in the audience.
