Tomorrow, Again is an experimental Palestinian documentary-performance film that dismantles the format of the television news broadcast to examine daily catastrophes in Palestine through a surrealist lens. Rather than conventional narration, director and artist stages fragmented, conflicting testimonies alongside exaggerated emotional and physical performances, blending archival technique with live art. The film's two protagonists — the artist's own parents — slip between multiple identities: broadcast presenters, reportage subjects, and eyewitnesses simultaneously, creating a Möbius loop in which they narrate and consume their own stories endlessly. The film probes the mutism that follows collective trauma and the cognitive distortions produced by living inside a permanent state of emergency, asking what becomes of urgency when it is rendered timeless. A singular work exploring Palestinian experience, memory, and media representation.
