Overview

The Imp is a short satirical film that follows a young woman waiting in line at a government office. As she grows increasingly frustrated by people cutting in front of her and invading her personal space, she finally snaps — unleashing a scream that literally causes a small creature embodying madness to leap out of her. The creature begins to wreak havoc on the office and no one knows how to stop it. A clever and whimsical commentary on everyday frustration, bureaucratic absurdity, and the chaos that simmers just beneath the surface of modern life.
